We are writing to let you know that we at Tommy’s are actively monitoring the evolving situation that is Covid-19.
Earlier this year, we briefed our team extensively on the situation and have ensured that our sales and admin staff are always following good hygiene practices in the workplace. Also, we’ve made it mandatory for staff members who are currently travelling, or have travel plans in the near future, to go into isolation for 14 days upon their return.
Open Homes:
We urge open home attendees to follow our ‘guide to a safer open home’ instructions.
- If you’re sick, unwell or have recently travelled back from overseas, please refrain from coming into open homes and call the Tommy’s salesperson for an appointment at a later date.
- We have alcohol-based hand sanitiser available, please use it.
- We highly urge anyone attending our open homes to refrain from touching anything.
- If you would like to inspect a cupboard, wardrobe etc. at our open home, our friendly salesperson will be more than happy to assist you.
- Please let our salesperson sign you into our open home.
Virtual tours:
If you don’t feel comfortable coming to an open home but are interested in a particular property, please contact the salesperson for a private viewing. At Tommy’s, we have a suite of interactive tools that allows prospective buyers to ‘tour’ open homes online. You can also view the 2D/3D floorplan to give you a rational idea of the layout of the property.
If you then wish to proceed to see the property in person, please contact the salesperson for an appointment.
Information and communications:
Our staff and salespeople have excellent resources to enable them to work from home to ensure all information is readily available for you as necessary.
